How a road freight job runs

Quote and planning
You tell us the cargo, the pick-up point and the destination. We confirm the truck and trailer, and plan the route.

Collection
We collect from the port, an ICD or your supplier's site, and secure the load to suit its type, weight and dimensions.

On the road
The driver follows the planned route, rest stops and check-ins. You get an update at each stage.

Delivery
We deliver to your warehouse, depot or site and confirm delivery with you.
Dangerous goods
We transport classified dangerous goods under the rules that apply to each class. Every move starts with a risk assessment of the route, and the drivers on these jobs are trained for hazardous cargo.
If something goes wrong on the road, the response follows three steps: control the situation, contain the spill, and clean up.
Tell us the class and UN number of the cargo when you ask for a quote, along with the safety data sheet if you have it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only deliver within Tanzania?
No. We deliver within Tanzania and to Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, DR Congo, Zambia and Malawi. Cargo for those countries moves as transit cargo.
Can you collect from my supplier instead of the port?
Yes. We collect from the port, an ICD or a supplier's site, wherever the cargo is ready.
Do you carry dangerous goods?
Yes. We transport classified dangerous goods under the rules that apply to each class, with drivers trained for hazardous cargo.
Will I know where my cargo is?
We send updates by phone, WhatsApp or email at each stage, from collection to delivery.
Can you move cargo we have cleared ourselves?
Yes. Road freight can be booked on its own.
