Getting the entry right
Delays at the port often come from the paperwork: a wrong tariff code, a value that does not match the invoice, or a permit that is not in place. We check the classification and valuation before the entry is lodged, so problems are found early.
We work closely with the government agencies involved in clearing goods and keep up with changes to customs regulations.

How long does clearing take?

When do I pay duties and taxes?
Customs assesses the duties and taxes on the entry. We share the assessment with you, and the cargo is released once they are paid.
What happens if customs inspects my cargo?
We attend the inspection at the port or ICD and deal with any questions from the officers. The cargo is released once the inspection is done.
Can you clear cargo that another company will transport?
Yes. After release we hand the cargo to the transporter you choose.
Do you clear exports as well as imports?
Yes. We handle export entries, inspections and certificates as well as import and transit clearance.
